On a short trip for the Michelin awards, one personally affirms it is impossible to miss or ignore Dubai as a gastronomy hub today. For the world to take notice of your culinary concept or skill, Dubai is the ideal place. And it is brimming with great food ideas implemented by people from all over the world.
